The subject of this framework agreement is the removal, export and monitoring of filter cake and boiler dust generated from the Thermal Treatment Facility in Marsa managed by Wasteserv Malta Ltd, which will subsequently be followed by separate call-offs, every 6 months, for specific contracts ‘as, if and when requested’ by the contracting authority. This contract shall be operative for a period of 3 years or until the contract value, is exhausted, whichever comes first. In the event that the contract value is not exhausted by end of the contract period, the contracting authority reserves the right to extend the contract up to a further 1 year.
