The purpose of this tendering procedure is to award a new, third lot and enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for the development, testing, production and delivery of smart CDMA electricity meters. Important notice: As the purpose of this tender is to provide more reliability of supply by way of award of a third lot/contract for (S)SMR5 CDMA E-meters for individual market parties/meter vendors, the number of lots that will be awarded to one tenderer is limited to one (in accordance with article 3.9c of the Dutch Public Procurement Act 2012 (Aanbestedingswet 2012)). This means that the suppliers who are contracted the first two contracts as a result of European tender (2014/S117 — 208313) cannot be selected and awarded this third lot/contract, and are therefore excluded from this tender.
