The aim of the Contracting Authority of this tender procedure is to conclude in a transparent way a contract with 1 or more contracting party (ies) per Lot, on the terms and conditions of the Contracting Authority, for the supply to NOVA of (Precision) Machined Parts that shall: Operate in vacuum at temperatures ranging from 20 °C down to 3K. Be produced according to Contracting Authority supplied design drawings and a Contracting Authority supplied Procurement Specification, with requirements that include material specifications and tolerances. Be based upon milling, turning, drilling and tapping techniques. Alternative techniques can be considered, however these alternative techniques must be proposed to NOVA together with the advantages and the possible disadvantages. Part of the project is the delivery of the material certificates and the measurement reports of the individual parts.
