Refrigeration, plant maintenance and repair.

The North East Public Procurement Partnership (NEPPP) is a collaboration to identify joint procurement opportunities which will ensure that best value is achieved for the partnership. Four of the NEPPP partners intend to participate within a collaborative contract for Refrigeration plant maintenance and repairs. The 4 participating partners are: NHS Grampian; Grampian Joint Police Board; Aberdeenshire Council and Aberdeen City Council. The balance of service requirements varies in each of the participating NEPPP organisations referred to in the PQQ document. The overall procurement scope shall include: — Servicing – planned cyclical maintenance, — Reactive maintenance/repairs including call out attendance on the refrigeration, air conditioning and associated plant in the properties owned or maintained by the North East Public Procurement Partnership Bodies, — Bidders shall be capable of providing a range of effective support options up to 24/7/365 days, — Further details are available within the PQQ document.
