Appointment of a development partner for the provision and development of new and refurbishment of existing Leisure facilities and services under a UK wide Framework Agreement. The expected duration of any framework agreement will be 4 years with the option to extend by 1 further year. The potential value of the framework will be 750 000 000 GBP over the lifetime of the agreement and the maximum value of any project awarded under the framework is expected to be 20 000 000 GBP.
