Relocation, as and when required, on a call-off basis, of a range of office furniture, office storage facilities and their content e.g. cupboards and cabinets, and other equipment, possibly including computer equipment and IT peripherals and some staff personal possessions from and to the following UK locations for the approximate staffing volumes described: 1. to the BBC's new premises at MediaCityUK, Salford Quays, Manchester, from: (A) various BBC sites within London in respect of the relocation of c1500 BBC post and; (B) Broadcasting House, Manchester in respect of the relocation of c800 BBC posts; 2. BBC Broadcasting House (Phase2) London W1, from: (C) various BBC sites within London in respect of the relocation of c4000 BBC posts and; The service requirement will include the provision of suitable packaging materials, labour, packing, loading transportation/shipping, unloading and unpacking of BBC property and personal possessions to ensure seamless transition and to include the provision of all necessary breakages insurance. The successful tenderer will be required to work with the BBC Migration team to deliver the relocation with zero impact on programme output and business delivery commencing: for (A) & (B) approximately April 2011; and for (C) approximately February 2012.
