The Authority is inviting expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified service providers to enter into a long term contract arrangement to supply (lease) and maintain a fleet of circa eighty five (85) vehicles for use by the Authority in the delivery of a comprehensive repairs and maintenance service. The Authority expects to achieve savings on the open market cost of the vehicles supplied by the selected service provider through the service provider utilising the Authority's membership of The Procurement Partnership Limited. The Authority intends to enter into a contract with the selected service provider for an initial term of three (3) years to be extended at the Authority's sole option for two further one (1) year periods giving a total possible term of four (4) or five (5) years as appropriate.
