The subject of this tender is trenching and pipe laying, temporary and permanent road reinstatement and any other road/construction works as per tender documents and bill of quantities. The pipes to be laid are potable water ductile iron mains, sleeved house service connections, waste water uPVC gravity mains and possibly removal of existing cesspits and connection of private waste water house connections up to building lines. The pipes and fittings for waste water gravity mains shall be supplied by the Contractor while the potable water mains, house service connections and all water and waste water manhole covers shall be supplied by the WSC.
