Pitched roofing works for public sector buildings in Scotland as follows: 1. Mandatory requirement: Supply and installation of pitched roof coverings with associated components and building works by specialist roofing contractors, including roof repairs, structural repairs and other pitched roofing works with a supported design service as described in the offer document. 2. Optional work: a. Survey, design and installation of flat to pitch roofing conversions or over roof conversion systems as described in the offer document; b. Survey, design and installation of solar voltaic generation as described in the offer document. Only those tenderers applying to offer the mandatory services described above were considered for the optional works detailed above.
