All interested companies were required to demonstrate capability of undertaking refurbishment and new-build public sector projects within each Lot applied for by manufacturing and installing doorsets (which may include sidelights and fanlights) that conform to minimum specified standards of manufacture, performance and security, with options of fire resisting characteristics.
