Please note the amended list of contracts to be procured. Municipal Enterprise “Zhytomyrteplokomunenergo” of the Zhytomyr City Council intends using the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development [the Bank] and a grant from the Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environment Partnership (“E5P") Fund for a project aimed at reducing energy losses, reducing gas and electricity consumption and improving the quality of service of the heat and hot-water supply system in the City of Zhytomyr. The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of 15 000 000 EUR equivalent, will require the procurement of the following goods, works and services: — Supply and installation of biomass combined heat and power plant Tendering for the above contract is expected to begin in the Q1 2019. Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank and E5P grant will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and will be open to firms from any country. The proceeds of the loan and the grant will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, of for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law of official regulation of the Purchaser's country.
