Invitation to Tender for the Supply and Delivery of Periodicals

Dublin City Council proposes to establish a single party framework agreement for 2 years, for the provision of supply and delivery of periodicals. The contracting authority reserves the right, at its discretion, to extend the term for a period or periods of up to 12 months with a maximum of 2 such extension or extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the contracting authority’s obligations at law. The term will not exceed 4 years in aggregate. This agreement is for the supply of electronic and printed periodicals, journals and associated services, via subscription agents, including domestic and overseas material from any publisher or 3 rd party willing to trade via the supplier. Collectively all four Dublin library services use the sierra library services automation platform (Innovative Interfaces) for the management of periodical holdings.
