The procurement of flight brokerage services.

At certain occasions the Contracting Authority has a need to charter aircrafts. The requirements is mostly in connection with large deportations from Norway, where scheduled flights are considered unsuitable. The chartered flights will include domestic and international flights. The Contracting Authority therefore intends to enter into a contract for flight brokerage services, where the flight broker will, among other things, be responsible for the charter agreements, including relevant services such as management, catering, diplomatic applications etc.
