The purpose of the procurement is to implement a new general valuation in order to update the property tax appraisals in Bømlo kommune [Bømlo Municipality]. The contracting authority requests tenders for delivery of services for new general valuations of properties and objects relevant to the levying of property tax in Bømlo Municipality in 2023, pursuant to the Property Tax Act. The contracting authority currently writes property tax for all real estate pursuant to the Property Tax Act § 3 letter a. The contracting authority carried out previous general valuations in 2009 and decided to use the Norwegian Tax Administration's formula basis (housing values) with effect from 2020. Inspection and valuation, hereunder registration of residences in Komtek without the Norwegian Tax Administration's formula basis (housing value), cf. the list sent to the municipalities by the Norwegian Tax Administration in November/December 2021, included in the procurement.
