Design Review and Construction Supervision Services in Relation to the Design and Build of Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities

The design review and construction supervision consultant’s role shall include: 1) assist MWSC in undertaking contract negotiation and award with the D&B contractor; 2) review detailed designs prepared by the D&B contractor in accordance with the design criteria and functional/performance requirements specified in the bid and contract documents to ensure long term stability and operating life of all facilities; 3) monitor and supervise the construction activities; 4) monitor ‘Tests after Completion’ and the D&B Contractor’s assisted operations and training activities: 5) support MWSC’s Project Implementation Unit in the overall project management and implementation as agreed with MWSC’s Director for Infrastructure Development.
