Procurement of the Short pulsed laser.

KTH will award a contract to a single supplier for the complete short pulsed laser. The offered laser must be compatible with our research interests in the field of ultrafast electron microscopy. The short pulsed laser will be used for generation of electron bunches (through photoemission) with a well-defined time structure pulsed in the ultrafast electron microscope. It will also be used as pump to drive processes/changes within samples of our interest.
