The provision of 'Core' and Specialised Incontinence Pads and Garments. Contract requirement also necessitates that all potential Suppliers awarded onto the Framework will proactively manage delivery of Incontinence Pads and Garments into the NSS National Distribution Centre for Acute requirement servicing and all non-Acute Health Board specific Home and Care Home Community Delivery. It is also envisaged that potential suppliers have an appropriate secure Home Delivery software application to support Community Delivery via the management of Health Board bespoke Patient Prescription Data, and have the delivery capability to meet the expected delivery cycles for Home and Care Home Deliveries. Depending on the requirements of each Health Board, we expect that the potential supplier base will have a proven capability in performing an unmanaged, partial or full Continence Managed Service. We would draw potential suppliers' attention to the information regarding the running of a simultaneous single supplier framework Procurement for the same items, as detailed within section VI.3).
