The Authority is a group of registered providers of social housing operating predominantly in Central England in 58 local authority areas. The Authority currently manages and/or maintains a housing stock of approximately 25,000 properties. The Authority is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers who can undertake a high quality "Communal Cleaning and Window Cleaning" service to properties owned by the Authority (or any part thereof). The contract will comprise: 1) Communal Cleaning as instructed, 2) Window Cleaning as instructed and 3) Office Cleaning and Window Cleaning as instructed. The services will be required to be delivered over four separate Lots as follows Lot 1- Communal Cleaning and Window Cleaning to the domestic accommodations located in the South of the Authority's operational area. Lot 2- Communal Cleaning and Window Cleaning to the domestic accommodations located in the South West of the Authority's operational area. Lot 3 - Communal Cleaning and Window Cleaning to the domestic accommodations located in the North of the Authority's operational area. Lot 4 - Office Cleaning and Office Window Cleaning to the Authority's Offices located in Wolverhampton, Lichfield, Cirencester and Solihull. The contract between the Authority and the successful service provider(s) will be based upon the JCT Standard Form of Measured Term Contract 2006 Edition, Revision 2: 2009 as amended pursuant to the invitation to tender documentation.
