South West communal area cleaning.

Places for people is seeking expressions of interest from suitably resourced, qualified and experienced contractors in order to implement a communal area cleaning contract in the South West region. Places for people is a registered provider of social housing. The Contracting Authority is one of the largest property management, development and regeneration companies in the UK. The Contract duration is 3 years with a potential extension of a further one year. It is anticipated that any new or acquired properties will be incorporated into the contract. Potential candidates shall note that TUPE may or may not apply to this procurement. In the event that the contracting authority is able to provide TUPE information it will do so acting merely as a conduit of the information and it will not warrant, represent or guarantee the accuracy of any TUPE information provided. As such potential candidates will be expected to take their own advice as to the application of TUPE to this procurement.
