The requirements of this Measured Term Contract are the full electrical rewiring or electrical upgrading of occupied council houses, close and back court lighting installations, tower block communal area installations (emergency lighting, laundries etc) and all associated builderswork. The works will be carried out as a series of orders which are issued by design services as required. Each order will have a specific address list, and an agreed timescale for commencement and completion of the works. The economic operator will be involved in tenant liaison and notification, including march-in surveys. It is the intention to appoint 2 economic operators - 1 for each lot. Economic operators can submit bids for either or both lots, however no single bidder will be awarded both lots.
