Expressions of interest are invited from companies in connection with the proposed installation and operation of wind turbines on land within the Filton College estate in Filton, Bristol. Subject to a successful proposal for this project, it is anticipated that a number of wind turbines may be installed on land made available by Filton College. The college is seeking a competitive dialogue with potential suppliers with the object of receiving a share of the output of the installation in return for making the installation sites available. Those companies expressing an interest must have a proven track record in undertaking this type of work and must have achieved the appropriate accreditation for installing wind turbines or are currently in the process of becoming accredited. It is important that all interested parties are aware that there is no guarantee that this project will commence unless a suitable offer is received. Each bidder will bear their entire costs of participating in the tendering process.
