Replacement PVCu Windows 2012 / 2017.

The replacement of existing windows on Council Housing Stock as identified by the Client, and also on any common areas in blocks of flats where Owners agree to participate in the Programme. Funding provided through the Housing Capital Programme. Work will be set up in Orders, following the Priority listing identified by the Client. This allows work to be issued in chronological order. Contractors to provide owners costs where requested by Design & Property Services to allow Client to approach owners and therefore include common areas in Blocks which may otherwise not be done. The requirements of this Measured Term Contract are the full installation of new pvcu double glazed windows, screens, doors and composite panels to occupied Council Terraced Houses, Blocks of Flats with Council Tenants, Sheltered Housing Complexes, etc and all Associated Builderswork, including the connection of any integral Ventrex extract fans in the heads of bathroom and / or kitchen windows to the existing mains power supply, the installation of pvcu cills and facings, and the installation of all mastic sealant. The domestic dwellings are all located within the boundaries of North Lanarkshire Council.
