Framework agreement for the procurement of friction meters.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration would like to enter into contracts with 3 tenderers for the delivery of friction meters. These are used to follow-up friction in the winter as regards the requirements in the operational contracts we have with contractors. The meters must fulfil the current requirements for certified continual friction meters in accordance with the requirement specifications that are found here: http://www.vegvesen.no/s/anbud/dkmal2015/xxxx-D2-ID9300d-Friksjon-20140501.pdf. The framework agreement will be signed for a period of 2 years, with an option for an extension of 1+1 year. The agreement shall apply to the entirety of The Norwegian Public Roads Administration.
