The objective of this tender is to conclude for each lot an agreement with a supplier who is able to provide meteorological and oceanographic data (further in this document referred to as metocean data) obtained through real time measurements at the Borssele Wind Farm Zone This tender is divided into 2 lots: 1. Metocean measurements at a location in the Borssele Wind Farm Zone with undisturbed wind conditions. These measurements should result in a metocean data set for a period of at least 12 months; 2. Meteorological measurements at a location in the Borssele Wind Farm Zone close to the Belgian border in order to quantify (wake) effects of the nearby wind farms that are already constructed. These measurements should result in a meteorological data set for a period of at least 3 months.
