Audiology Patient Management System

The Authority is seeking to procure a patient management system for the 3 audiology services; adult audiology, paediatric audiology and implant service. The 3 respective audiology services currently use three separate computer systems, supplied and supported by 3 separate suppliers, to manage their patients. Each solution is internally hosted by the Authority on 3 separate instances of infrastructure equipment. By implementing a single solution across the 3 separate audiology services it is anticipated to deliver on-going financial benefits to the authority through a single maintenance and support charge and a single platform from which to operate the new solution from. The solution delivered must be an “On-Premise” implementation and must be market ready, available “off the shelf”. This tender is not a software development opportunity.
