Procure plus gas servicing and maintenance framework.

Procure plus (PP), a consortium of registered (housing) providers with stock primarily in the North West of England, (acting as authorised agent on behalf of its contracting authority members) in association with Lancashire Housing Partnership (LHP), Cumbria Housing Partners (CHP) and Procure Plus Associates (PPAL) is procuring a framework agreement for the servicing, testing and maintenance of heating systems. It is envisaged that volume will be mainly for domestic systems, however there may be a requirement over the four years for commercial and/or multi fuel servicing and maintenance. (Note that PP are part of Re:allies which is a unique Northern alliance of registered (housing) provider consortia consisting of PP, LHP, CHP, PPAL, Efficiency North (Yorkshire and Humberside) (EN) and North East Procurement (NEP). For more information about the Re:allies alliance and the housing consortia it comprises please visit www.re-allies.com additional housing consortia may join the Re:allies Alliance from time to time). The framework agreement will be split geographically, and it is envisaged that the framework of successful contractors for each region would then subsequently undergo mini-competition exercises as a means of calling-off from the framework agreement. The following contracting authorities will be entitled to call off under the PP framework agreement as and when required: 1. PPs members (both current and future). The contracting authorities listed or referred to above have requirements predominantly within the North West of England including Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire, Merseyside, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Derbyshire and Cumbria; however those with stock in other areas of the UK may utilise the framework agreement. Applicants should note that, under the framework agreement, none of the contracting authorities that are entitled to use the framework agreement shall be under any obligation to do so. Note that if your organisation is a member of a group of companies it must apply for appointment to the framework agreement in its own right and, where appointed to the framework agreement, must itself enter into any call off contracts that it is awarded via the framework. PP will not allow call-off contracts to be assigned to another organisation within the group. It is envisaged that the framework agreement will initially be entered into by PP and the successful contractors, however the framework agreement may be novated from PP to Re:allies once Re:allies has been incorporated. This will not affect the scope of the framework agreement or the works that it covers. It is anticipated that PP shall appoint multiple contractors to the framework agreement to register your interest, please send your details to realliesgasservicing@procure-plus.com.
