The appointed supplier(s) will be expected to service, repair, maintain and replace the following components: — fire alarms and associated components, — emergency lighting, — fire fighting equipment. There are 3 contract’s being tendered for award covering 3 regional geographies. The regions are split to match Home Group’s operational maintenance delivery teams. The 3 regions are: 1) North East and Scotland; 2) North West and Midlands; 3) South.
