Cheshire West and Chester Council working in collaboration with the Ellesmere Port Greyhound Stadium Ltd. offer an opportunity to release the residential development potential of a site extending to approximately 10.825 acres (4.381 hectares). The Council has recently obtained approval for a programme of new affordable homes. As part of the programme the appointed developer will be contractually obligated to build the 30 % affordable units on behalf of the Council. The Council will be obligated to purchase the affordable units on the terms outlined in the particulars.
