Framework agreement regarding operation, maintenance and administration of VAKO

VAKO is an internally developed system. The system administers the basis for charges for water and sewage which is included in the municipal fees together with the Chimney Sweeping Service, sanitation and tax on estates. Delfi Data has developed the system and has had a framework agreement for operation, maintenance and administration of VAKO since it was put in to operation. The current agreement expires 31.1.2016. The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a new framework agreement with Delfi Data for equivalent services. The framework agreement period is 8 years (the annual value is approx. 400 000 NOK).
