STFC is in the process of preparing a Business Case which will set out options and recommendations for formal approval the Business Case will be completed by the end of March. In order to not compromise the outcomes of this process the STFC will with immediate effect withdraw from the ongoing contract negotiations for Catering and Cleaning which are being run by the Shared Services Centre under the auspices of the Regional Clustering and Contract Bundling project. This OJEU exercise is now cancelled.
