I stedet for: II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s)* North Bristol NHS Trust is seeking to set up a framework agreement on behalf of Cardiff and Vale UHB, Central Manchester NHS Foundation Trust, Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust, Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust and University Hospitals Leicester NHS Trust.The framework is for the supply of microarray coparative genomic hybridisation (CGH) consumables (targeted multiplex oligonucleotide microarray compliant with ISCA or equivalent and necessary manual/or automated processing reagents) and analytiucal software for he investigation of patients referred for idiopathic learning disability and/or congenial abnormalities/dysmorphism. VI.3) Additional information (if applicable) The framework agreement may also be used by Birmingham Women's NHS Foundation Trust, Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Great Ormond Street Hospital NHS Trust, Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust, St.George's Healthcare NHS Trust, The Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.The initial framework agreement for all trusts will be 24 months with 2 additional 12 month extension periods by mutual agreement.
