The University of Nottingham wishes to establish a Framework Agreement of 3 or more suppliers to enhance the Universitys existing voice network and associated infrastructure across its campuses in the UK. As part of this tender, the University will also award to the highest scoring tenderer an Initial Contract based on the services set out within this tender. Bids are welcome from suppliers who are able to provide the following voice service: Outbound and inbound Voice Calls Connectivity of the Universitys voice systems to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) for outbound and inbound voice calls. Key Objectives: — To provide reliable and robust connectivity to the Public Switched Telephone Network which can be flexed up and down appropriately to meet the seasonal demands of the business; — To deliver a comprehensive range of call tariffs for outbound calls to UK and global geographic and non-geographic destinations which offers value for our internal customers; — To provide a migration channel to allow consolidation of existing fixed voice lines, port existing direct-dial number ranges; — To provide cost efficiencies above the current fixed line expenditure. — To deliver a Value for Money solution to the University including: — an efficient and competitively priced operational technology solution to the University; — an effective billing, contract and supplier management efficiencies.
