Contract - the procurement of books for libraries 2021

The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier. The objective of the Contract is to cover the Contracting Authorities' need for the procurement of books and other media. The customers in this Contract are public libraries. I addition the prison library in Ålesund will be part of this Contract. Ålesund municipality is part of a procurement collaboration where Ålesund municipality is the contracting authority, while participants in the agreement are stated by using Nuts codes. This means that all municipalities listed in this tender notice have the right to make call-offs against the framework agreement. Note: Vestnes has an option to enter into the agreement, and is only involved if the contracting authority notifies the supplier of this.
