Winchester City Council — Cleaning Public Conveniences

Winchester City Council (‘the Council’) have now procured the services of an experienced public conveniences cleaning contractor to be responsible for the daily cleaning and minor repairs to their 14 public convenience sites as well as the opening and closing of the majority of their sites. The new contract will start from 1.1.2020 for a period of 3 years with a possible 1 + 1 year extension to a total maximum term of 5 years. Minor repairs include items such as replacing toilet seats, light bulbs and door locks however a more comprehensive list was available in the specification.
