Government Procurement Service intends to set up an application development, delivery and support services framework to cover the following requirements: Multidisciplinary IT service providers. Systems implementation - ERP, sourcing & procurement, finance management, human resources, customer relationship management, project and portfolio management, information management and business intelligence, business intelligence & reporting systems, data discovery and mining, data integration tools, data quality tools, data warehouse and data management systems, big data, master data management, enterprise content management, electronic document and records management, web content management, workflow and case management, geographic information systems and services, geographic information systems (data provision), geographic information systems (data manipulation), geographic information systems (systems and technology). Services implementation - support and maintenance, third line support for enterprise applications, second line support for legacy applications. Application development - agile, waterfall, formal methods, multiple approaches. Integration. Consultancy and delivery for security requirements - CLAS consultancy, security, security testing, security investigative services, security planning and design. IT intelligence and benchmarking. Escrow. Software asset management. The framework will incorporate a number of lots as detailed below. The framework will provide a route for Government to access software services and systems, aligned to the Government ICT strategy. It will replace, the Government Procurement Services’ current frameworks Software application solutions and ICT consultancy and delivery and the expired geographical information systems.
