The Norwegian Parliament building is 150 years old in 2016, and in connection with this, the Norwegian Parliament would like to create a knowledge based computer game about the Norwegian Parliament's history and function. The game will involve moving around in a virtual Parliament and solving puzzles, riddles and tasks which test the player's knowledge level about the Norwegian Parliament and Norwegian politics. The aim of the game is to find the foundation stone, which lies hidden in the building's foundation wall. The foundation stone is hollow and contains a treasure. The game's main target group is school students from lower secondary level and upward. As stated in the appendix to the announcement, this is not an announcement of a tender competition, but an invitation to a tender conference. For more information, see the appendix.
