NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) Residential Nursing Home Care Framework for Norfolk.

The Service is for the provision of CHC Residential Nursing Home places for Norfolk for those aged 18 or over, on behalf the Clinical Commissioning Groups. The new contracts will be for 4 bands or tiers of service, depending on the complexity of the patient's requirements, and the rates will be fixed. The contracts will be let on the basis of Any Qualified Provider (AQP); any supplier who meets the minimum standards of financial capability and service standards will be permitted on the framework; however, there is no guarantee of any minimum level of expenditure. The Invitation documentation is available via the Bravo Potal and the East of England Collaborative Procurement Hob. Please note that the period for submissions of tenders is being extended to 21.9.2014, and after 21.2.2014 the Invitation documentation will be available directly from the Contract Point in I.1.
