Together we are Europe – Enhancing awareness of the relevance and impact of EU assistance in Ukraine 2025-2027

Services are requested to contribute to stronger European Union (EU)-Ukraine relations and advancement of key EU policy goals in and with Ukraine. Specifically, this should be done by enhancing awareness of the relevance and impact of EU assistance to Ukraine underpinning key policy goals. The main results of the services are expected to include: • Tools, content and systems in place for a strengthened EU-Ukraine communication framework. • Enhanced capacity of the relevant stakeholders to promote and communicate EU-Ukraine relations. • Strengthened external communication on EU-Ukraine cooperation and support through improved public diplomacy and communication activities including targeted campaigns.
