Plymouth Community Homes (PCH) is currently seeking to secure supply of FD60 fire Door Leaves to Specification Guide BS 476-Pt 22, Secured by Design; PAS 23-1:1999 & PAS 24-1:1999. Door Leaves are to be rated for one hour fire protection. PCH has developed a planned programme to replace circa 2 500 Door Leaves over a 5 year period to some of its housing and flat stock. Door Frames will be made inhouse so therefore no longer included in the specification. So the Notice is for Door Leaves and fittings only.
