PURCH0979 Provision of Maintenance and Repair of the Fire Detection and Alarm Systems and Gas Extinguishing Systems. For the period 1.5.2014 to 31.4.2017 with the option of 1 x 1 year extension subject to the mutual agreement of both parties to this contract. The University of Glasgow wishes to appoint a suitable Seller to provide the Maintenance and repair of fire detection and Alarm systems within their properties to ensure compliance with all relevant guidance, legislation and the University Policy and Procedures. All tenderers please note access to documentation will cease by close of play on 18.3.2014 as Site Visit will be held on 12.2.2014 at 10:00. Tenderers are advised to download all tender documents prior to attending site visit. All tenderers MUST attend a site visit on Wednesday 12.2.2014 at 10:00, for tenderers to have the opportunity of attending the Estates and Buildings Offices, to be shown the information and records available and visit typical buildings as listed.
