Provision of Maintenance of Telephone Handsets and LAN Cabling

CIE wishes to procure the service to maintain telephone handsets and the associated telephone and LAN cabling. CIE Group of Companies has a nationwide PABX System comprising approximately 4 000 telephone handsets and associated telephone cabling. It also has a nationwide LAN infrastructure. Maintenance will consist of break/fix maintenance of the handset population and the associated telephone cabling which will comprise the wiring from the active equipment (PABX or equivalent) to the handset. Maintenance of LAN cabling is also included in this contract.
