The purpose of the framework agreement is to ensure the necessary operation and maintenance of the buildings that are administered by the municipal undertaking for social service buildings. The assignment includes maintenance/modernisation of ventilation and comforting cooling systems for computer rooms, as well as heating pumps for properties in the municipal undertaking for social service buildings' portfolio. The objective of the framework agreement is to: — ensure requirements for environmental and internal climate, — maintain the technical standards of the plant and system reliability, — ensure efficient operation in regards to energy consumption, administration and costs.
