Locksmith services and supplies

HiOA will enter into a framework agreement for locksmith services and supplies for all of the college's addresses. The procurement does not include service or supplies for lock systems. The framework agreement will include delivery, assembly, maintenance, service and repairs of locks, fittings, door closers and door automation etc., and to respond to emergency needs (theft, doors with jammed locks etc.). For projects with cost framework over NOK 500 000, excluding VAT, HiOA retains the right to announce an inherent competition for the procurement.
