Scoil Cholmcille is a primary school under the trusteeship of the Diocese of Raphoe. Please see attached project brief In summary, the project will comprise: Section A: • 1 SET room 15 m 2 : Giving a floor area incl. circulation and internal walls of 19 m 2 . • 2 classroom SEN base 343 m 2 : Giving a floor area incl circulation and internal walls of 439 m 2 ; Giving a gross floor area including circulation and internal walls: 459 m 2 . Also: • secure hard and soft play area 200 m 2 ; • sensory garden 100 m 2 : • 6 parking spaces. Interim temporary accommodation • Please note: once appointed, the Design Team (DT) will be tasked with the provision of interim temporary accommodation (100 m 2 ) to be used by the school until such time that the permanent structure has been completed.
