Telephony system for SPK

The aim of the procurement is to establish a good telephone service for all employees in SPK, which covers internal needs as regards quality, functionality, flexibility and the ability to integrate with other computer systems. SPK shall move into new premises at Skøyen April 2015, and must thus establish a new telephony system + user equipment for all employees, temporary staff and consultants, approx. 450 users. Establish advanced telephone functionality for our customer centre, approx. 60 users. A contract will be signed with one service provider. The contract period will be 2 years, with an option for SPK to extend the contract for a further 2 + 2 years, to a maximum of 6 years. The contract regulates service provision, support, and ongoing maintenance assistance.
