SOLAS are looking for tenderer(s) to provide the following services to online eCollege learners across the Lot or Lots for which they are the provider: 1. Tutor support services. 2. Course and learning design services including structuring content, identifying appropriate resources & content, ongoing curation of content, designing ongoing formative assessments, designing learning aids, structuring feedback, and satisfaction capture points, designing peer/social/project/task-based learning opportunities 3. Administrative support services including providing pre-course and public information, maintaining public facing communications including Moodle and website, resolving queries, supporting learners, recording progress/outcomes/certifications, resolving post-course queries, gathering feedback, and gathering information for insight, quality assurance, and reporting 4. Technical support services including logging, resolving, or escalating courseware and Moodle access issues.
