The purpose of this prior information notice (PIN) is: to give advance notice that South West London Procurement Partnership (as the Contracting Authority) is working to undertake a tendering exercise to set up a new security services contract to service the security needs of Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust and Croydon Health Service NHS Trust as part of a multi-site collaborative procurement. It is intended that the preferred bidder will replace the 2 current interim contracts held across the sites as 2 discrete agreements independent of each other to supply security services across multiple sites. It is intended that commercial agreements will be signed with a single preferred bidder for multiple sites. Each discrete contract will be independent of each other but will co-terminate as required.
