Sports-event organisation services. Provision of a Venue and Facilities for; A Bobsleigh, Skeleton Bobsleigh and Luge Championships for approximately 60 athletes and 10 officials. a. Provide a Championship Venue that is able to conduct Bobsleigh, Skeleton Bobsleigh and Luge competitions. The venue must be on mainland Europe and be no further than 2 hours from an international airport and have good local train and bus links. It must be suitable for novices to advanced sliders and be available for 6 hours sliding each day. A start house should be made available for the competitors whilst at the track. Outline championship dates are: (1) 2012. 2 weeks in November or December. (2) 2013. 1 week in either January or February. 1 week in March. 2 weeks in November or December. (3) 2014. 1 week in either January or February. 1 week in March. 2 weeks in November or December. b. Competitors half board accommodation for up to 60; officials half board accommodation for up to 10; a venue for an indoor (seated) prize giving for 80 personnel. There will be a requirement for the Evaluation Team to visit the site during the Tender Evaluation period.
