Halsa municipality henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests tenders for supply of energy for heating purpose. New school and existing sports hall shall be supplied. Annual energy consumption is expected to be approx. 750 000 kWh. It is a condition that the energy is supplied as hydronic heating, mainly produced from bioenergy.
