The subject of this tender is for removing illegally dumped material at Hal Far Industrial Estate. The place of acceptance of the works shall be Hal Far Industrial Estate, the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be nine (9) weeks from the Commencement Order (Order to Start Works) which shall be issued within two (2) weeks from signing of contract, and the INCOTERM2010 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid.
